4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are as set out in your Service Agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- All fees are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including HST).
- Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days past due.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of The HVAC Lead Co. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
